Theme providing only two indian payment gateway support rajor pay and pay but both payment gateway are not functional due to rbi issues from one year. But no other payment gateway update also tried to do the same using woocommerce checkout but that is also not working, totally depend on cash payment with this theme, not happy.

Regarding Razor Pay, it works normally. Kindly make sure that you are using the latest version. Otherwise, you can create a ticket and our support team will check on your environment
Regarding WooCommerce, what Traveler provides is the checkout interface which allows the WooCommerce payment gateway connect into. Therefore, any issue from WooCommerce payment gateway, itself, comes from the plugin. Kindly contact the plugin author for help
