Pretty intuitive, but bad support... they told me I could set the calendar to start on Monday, but after telling me a few steps and it didn't work they ended up saying: "Then there is no way to change it, unfortunately."
So if you want a calendar that starts on Monday in the form, you will have to install another plugin (Cforms and also pay the extra plugin that allows you to change the calendar).
