This theme can do wonders with RadiusTheme plugins bundle. I can say it's probably the best you can get at the moment for this kind of a price. It works pretty good and some desired additional functions can be added by other plugins without problems.
But you have to have a lot of patience and dedication for your project as documentation and support are limitted. For non English websites it's most likely your basic support license will run out before you finnish your project (unless it's a simple one) and then no support will be provided. So I strongly advise to work with design and functionality first and leave the translation for the end.
P.S. I don't understand how such highly creative team can be so lazy..
