If we did not understand your issues, how and why did you create those 18 support tickets and acknowledge in multiple instances that your issues were resolved with our assistance?
If you require something beyond the core features of the theme, additional customization will be needed, which is not covered under our theme support policy. This does not imply that we do not understand you, but rather that we need you to understand the policy in these specific cases.
