Had some problems initially with the theme and settings as my WP developer was claiming many critical issues. When I re-activated theme support after my initial three-month intro period, Ryan, the theme developer, was able to remedy most of the 'critical errors' my hired developer reported with merely a setting. So, I am a bit confused by it all, but their support did come through and remedy the issues we were having, which is vitally important to me and, at this point, even worth the extra $ re-activating support. Not sure what to think of my hired developer though at this point ....
