I purchased this to use with one of the main theme builders that it claims to work with, but there hasn't been an update to allow it to work well with it (Divi). The documentation is very lacking to be able to build out anything that closely resembles anything like the demos show unless you have a strong ability to write your own code to build your own layouts from scratch
