Very disappointing customer support for this theme.
After you purchase the theme, you will have zero support.
In case of assistance, expect to receive answers that are misleading or lead to no solutions and then get ready to wait again for days for the next answer.
In my opinion, they don't take your issues seriously, taking appropriate actions focusing on how to assist you, accessing your server, fixing their bugs etc... they limit their action to copy and paste wrong suggestions.
Very poor communication.
Very slow reaction.
Not solution-solving oriented.
Not recommended.
