My rating was based on my own stupidity. I gave a poor rating a while ago because I was under the impression that the support was failing me. But the fact was that the response time for support was lightning-fast. However, due to MY settings in MY email, the response got lost in spam. I let my temper get the best of me and wrote a stupid, and unkind review. When I figured out my mistake and got back to the team, they were nothing but nice and super quick to fix all my problems. Cant recommend it enough!!!
