Customer support can be a bit slow, but eventually they get things fixed.
I had a lot of problems running the solution and asked for help in regards to NPM because i'm not so good at it. Eventually i found out that the problem was that i was running an old version of NPM. I later found that had i read the readme, it actually stated which minimum version is required.
Had some problems with the sidebar not working responsivly, it was fixed in an update later :)
