for Customer Support

Their documentation quality is really poor. And when I reach out to the customer support asking for any clarification, their straight response is "We can't help it!". I bought extended support, which is this point, seems a waste of money. Check other reviews on similar things for this developer.

Advise to developer - Please invest sometime to update your documentation. And incorporate the queries that you get from support to improve on it. It will save you bandwidth handling support queries and also improve customer experience.
