The plugin does the job, it displays listings in easy-to-use format.
The biggest problem is in customizing, the plug-in is poorly designed from the backend aspect. It's not allowing you to add Property Type, it's not allowing you to modify the single property page to your liking easily.
There is no clear path to contact customer support. The settings page is just an endless list of dropdowns.

Regarding your concerns:
Property Types can be easily added or modified by navigating to Real Estate Manager -> Property Fields -> Active Fields -> Property Type. From there, you can update or change the available options.
