Fantastic support, they answered and solved my problem in 15 minutes, insane! About the theme: one of the most beautiful and most modern themes. I also use an other very popular Themeforest theme, and The 7 is defiitely faster. WP Bakery is in some way better, but some way not that good as the other theme's own page builder.
