Unfortunately, there are too many of us who have problems.
I have 3 licenses purchased. I opened a ticket on July 11 and I still have no solution to the Elementor plugin update.
Their last message was on August 28 "promising" (once again) an update that never came. I sent a message on August 29, another on September 3, and another on September 12, all of them without a reply.
It's now October 3.
It's been 3 of the 6 months of "no support".
The only thing I can do is not recommend this product, because it is obsolete and without technical support.
