As soon as I installed it, I encountered bugs. I had to remove the map feature because that was their proposed solution instead of fixing the bug. They also don't discuss refunds. While their customer support is responsive, they can't help resolve the issues. The main reason for my rating is the bug.
I had to figure out the bug myself. I wouldn't recommend using a theme like this as you'll need expert-level knowledge of React and Next.js to customize it. Their components are so complex that you could build a new one faster than figuring out how to implement them in your existing project. The only option is to start from scratch. If you want to save time, it's better to use an easy-to-use UI component library. I recommend using Shadcn, DaisyUI, or Aceternity UI. With a little CSS knowledge, you can customize these libraries to your taste.

However, we understand that certain features may not work as expected due to different environments or versions. I’m also not sure what you meant by saying we don’t discuss refunds. If you feel the product isn’t useful for you, you can easily open a return request through your ThemeForest account, and we’ll process the refund. Please note that refunds can only be handled via ThemeForest, not through our support portal.
