The design is good. That’s great. But the product isn’t ready in terms of functionality!

Many things are done incorrectly, and when you ask if these will be fixed in updates, they reply that it’s not a system issue since everything works as it does in the demo. They say they can implement my requests for a fee. This specifically concerned the question of how to add a product without a subcategory. Well, okay, let it work this way. After all, the system is designed so that both categories and subcategories are mandatory. Otherwise, it doesn’t work.

But there are also the following issues:

- The category status isn’t saved. However, this doesn’t always happen.
- Even though I added a new language, when adding a product, there are no fields for the new language. So, the description is only in one language. Then why add another language? Just to translate the interface?
- Even the interface translation doesn’t work properly.
- But the last thing that made me write this review is that there’s simply no Title field for pages. There’s a meta description, a social title, useless meta keywords, but no Title - https://i.imgur.com/XA6XA9O.png

I don’t even want to contact support anymore because I don’t see the point. The support team has shown that they will only fix any logical issues at the client’s expense, as I received exactly the product that was presented in the demo.

In my understanding, if a product fails to meet basic standards, this cannot be resolved through custom modifications at the client’s expense. For example, having the ability to add a Title for pages is a fundamental web standard. The same goes for CRUD functionality—it’s a basic requirement. Yet, in this system, the Delete function is not implemented.

Essentially, consider this demo as just a portfolio. If you need a fully functional system, you’ll end up paying for it as if it were a custom development project.

you purchase our items checking our live demo and knowing about whats are there and not. now you are saying that waste of money ?

as per I know you ask for few new menus and our support team decline to do that. actually we are here to provide free support, not free customization. pls keep it on ur mind for better future
