Theme doesn't come with Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Builder license!
Slow importing process and tedious process to get the demo data working as expected!
I doubt if your 5 stars review are genuine!

Thank you for using our H-Code theme and sorry for the inconvenience.
Those both plugins are included in theme free of cost and you do not need to activate their licenses as those are theme bundled plugins.
If your server config are set as recommended here - https://hcode.themezaa.com/documentation/installation/demo-installation/ then demo data import should work fine. But if you wish you can please create a support ticket and provide them your WP admin access and our team will be happy to import demo data for you.
All our reviews are genuine as hundreds of customers cannot be wrong and more than 5000 users cannot buy theme if it is not working.
In case if you are still not comfortable to use our H-Code theme then we would not like to hold your money and you can submit your refund request here - https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and go with any other theme as per your need.
