Terribly slow support. The theme is good, but the delays to go to production makes it a non professional option. It is nice for small projects that could wait and may need lengthy back and forth tickets to resolve even minor issues. Some issues recurrently need the same fix, but I am surprised that the fix has not been added to the theme update.

With all due respect, I have to strongly disagree with your statement about "Terribly slow support."

Our support terms are posted clearly and consistently across theme description, ThemeForest profile, and Helpdesk:
"Support requests are processed on business days from 8:00 to 17:00 (GMT 0.0), usually within 24 hours, in the order they are received."

There is a natural time difference between Europe (where we primarily operate) and the US.

Moreover, our support engineers are highly skilled developers. So instead of receiving an instant but useless reply, you get a meaningful one within 6-12 hours that usually addresses the issue directly.

We believe this approach is far more effective than typical "24/7" support, which often prioritizes speed over quality. And honestly, this is the first complaint about our support that I can recall in quite a while.

To sum up, it’s really discouraging to see the product penalized with a low rating for doing exactly what was advertised :(
