I loved The7 theme. I was the best option, if you had need fast building with high quality. But after transfering customization from WP Custiomizer to elementor, this is disaster - hard to use amazing functions. Long learning curve - now i prefer manual css/php updates, because I am not able to do some changes...

You're probably not referring to the WordPress Customizer, but rather to The7 Theme Options.
The interface looks similar, so that may have caused some confusion.
It has not been removed. You can enable it again in The7 settings.
