I purchased this product in November 2024 and to date even support has not been able to register this product. So their activation key is not working and despite writing x emails and even sending me the access details to the website they have not helped. So I paid the money and got a non working product.

Please note that the activation process is not required for the core functionality of the plugin—all features work perfectly even without activation. Activation is mainly used for enabling automatic updates and managing licenses.
In some cases, activation issues are caused by security or firewall plugins blocking outgoing requests, which could have been the reason in your case.
That said, I’ve checked our system and I can confirm that your website is now successfully registered, and the activation issue has already been resolved.
