Customer support is great. He is genuinely helpful and doesn't send you in circles. Responses are clear and easy to follow, and when suggestions are made, there is acknowledgement, and he lets you know that it is being looked into, or that others have suggested the same suggestion and will integrate it into a future update.

Just as a side note here. I have purchased enough WordPress templates since 2008, and I am not a WordPress pro by any means whatsoever. I get by, but with almost every theme, I need assistance, and this individual's hours are Monday-Friday - I am only pointing this out as an FYI, so those folks looking for support over the weekend don't lose their minds :)
