The theme itself is fine and eventually started working, but I faced an issue right after installation, which was disappointing. It took 3–4 days to get resolved — partly because of a holiday in between — but still, that initial experience wasn't great. The support team did respond eventually, but I didn’t find the theme to be as impressive as expected considering it’s a paid product.

Also, I believe support teams should stay professional and not pressure users to change reviews or make them feel like the issue is their fault. When someone pays for a product, they expect smooth functionality and respectful support — not back-and-forth arguments. Please work on improving your customer experience.
