The support is very mediocre, ticket created 7 days ago and no response. The documentation is very outdated. Documentation suggests to install any latest LTS or current and do npm install, but then the packages are all outdate and you will have to do --legacy-peer-deps which the documentation doesn't mention and which means they are not aware of it and not all packages follow the latest updates.

So save your 29 dollars and run.
