It's difficult to control, lacks control features, and you can't even change the colors. And the support is far from supportive.

Thank you for taking the time to review our theme. Theme colors can be changed from Electro > Styling. You can choose a pre-defined color or a custom color.
As for your claim about support, I verified and there are no support requests from you regarding theme. There was only a refund request which was handled and rejected by Envato. We were not involved.
