Demos wouldn't install with no way to troubleshoot except pulling a support ticket. A few hours later they replied saying I need to install the theme on a fresh WordPress install.

It is always a good practice to install the theme and import the demo on a clean WordPress installation (not just Bridge, this applies for any theme since most of the themes are not interchangeable).
