for Customer Support

At first glance, this theme looks amazing, clean design, smooth layout, and exactly what you’d want for a wellness or lifestyle brand. But once you dig into it, the real experience starts to show. The support behind this theme is incomprehensible. If you run into any kind of real issue, you will not get the help you need. It’s almost like the people behind it didn’t build the theme themselves.

When I reached out for help, the responses I received were either vague, copy-pasted, or flat-out wrong. They kept giving me code that didn’t work. Each time, it felt like they were guessing rather than actually troubleshooting the problem. For a paid theme, that’s completely unacceptable.

What’s worse, and this is the part people need to know before they buy, this theme will not work properly unless you upgrade to Elementor Pro. They don’t make that clear upfront. You’ll waste time trying to fix design and functionality issues that can’t even be solved without paying extra for the upgrade. That’s misleading and unfair to buyers who expect a functional theme out of the box.

I was ready to give the developer a referral because I genuinely liked the aesthetic. But after the poor support, broken promises, and hidden costs, I won’t be doing that. I had to find out on my own that the main issue I needed fixed couldn’t be handled unless I upgraded a plugin, something support never bothered to mention.

This will be the last time I buy a theme from random WordPress developers. It’s not just the money , it’s the wasted hours trying to make something work that was never truly supported. The theme’s design may look clean, but make no mistake , it’s a trap. A well-packaged disappointment.

If you’re considering buying it, save yourself the headache. Either go with a developer that stands behind their work or invest in a premium theme from a trusted marketplace that guarantees working support.
