In MY personal opinion, based on my direct experience after purchasing the theme, I was very disappointed.
The built-in builder is poorly designed and far from intuitive. Even for users with prior experience in WordPress, it feels unnecessarily complex, confusing, and time-consuming to use. Many basic operations require extra steps, and the overall user experience is frustrating rather than efficient. Instead of helping speed up development, the builder often slows it down.
Additionally, the customer support did not meet my expectations. The responses I received were very basic and superficial, often lacking real technical depth or concrete solutions. I felt that my issues were not properly addressed, and the support provided little added value beyond generic answers.
Of course, this is a personal opinion, but based on my experience as a customer, I would not recommend the theme to users who are looking for an intuitive builder and reliable, high-quality support.
