I am incredibly disappointed with the Kalles theme by The4. I purchased this expecting a streamlined setup, but the demo importer is completely broken. Even as a professional software engineer who regularly builds and manages complex e-commerce architecture, I could not get the core demo data to load. I eventually handed the issue over to their official support team, but shockingly, even they failed to get the demo imported and working on my site. When a premium, "versatile" theme cannot even pass its own basic installation process, and the developers themselves cannot fix it! it is a massive red flag. A complete waste of time and money; I would give zero stars if I could.

Thank you for your feedback. However, it seems there may be some confusion the issue you described is likely related to the Kalles WooCommerce (WordPress) version, not the Kalles Shopify theme.
These are two completely different products built on different platforms. The demo import process and setup experience you mentioned do not apply to the Shopify version of Kalles.
