I was having an issue where the license I had purchased no longer worked so out of hopefulness i submitted a ticket to the4 and let them know that the store i had originally used the license on had changed. I no longer had access to that store or that Shopify account for that matter because i also didn't have access to the email to change my password. Mie Tran jumped right into save the day. I've used the Kalles Theme before and it was super powerful and blazing fast and I should've went with them instead of spending non refundable money on a featureless dumbed down theme that literally does nothing for my store.
