I'm a licensed buyer (purchase code available on request) trying to reach support but the ticket system on support.undsgn.com is throwing "Not Found" errors on every link, including after logging in via Envato. Posting here as a backup per your own documentation. Please reach out to me seeing as none of your support a\pages are working and I can't seem to find any other way to contact you.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but other users are not reporting this issue. Without a direct check, it is difficult to determine exactly why it is happening on your end—it is possible that browser extensions might be interfering with the communication with Envato required for license verification before authenticating the login. If this were a widespread bug, we would certainly be seeing hundreds of similar reports, which is not the case here. Please remember that if you can always request a refund.
