Entracle is an all in one business management platform which is designed to support Multiple businesses and multiple operations so that you can also offer this as an SaaS (Software as a Service), where you can provide this platform for businesses which needs simple yet powerful business management and invoicing features or use it for your own invoicing needs.

  • iOS Application 2 – manage purchase receipts, upload/ scan receipts.
  • If set, sends out notifications to iOS devices on new sales, item low on stock or when an item is refunded or marked as lost or stolen / damaged.
  • Android Apps – Probably will make one soon, never say never.

Not only Entracle was built with support for the most needed features like these it also comes in with mobile applications. One application is intended to be used by business owners where they can see the daily sales totals, view invoices, check inventory, check customers invoices or see unpaid invoices. Another mobile application is provided for use with the module Receipts. Users simply take a photo of the receipt and upload it, after the data is successfully entered it will be recorded in the system and it will be accounted when calculating the input tax as well, isn’t that cool.

Entracle includes a separate administration panel to create Businesses and operations and to setup Mobile Applications.
