Hey, My name is Ben Compton and I am 19 years old, I have been developing websites since the age of 14. Theme Support
The only place to get support for my themes is through my website’s support forum:http://www.benwebdeveloper.com/support
The reasons why I chose to use my own forum for support can be found below:
The Themeforest support threads are not searchable and since alot of questions are asked over and over again a searchable forum will make it easier for you to get the required information you need, this way you won’t need to wait for my response because it will already be there.
Also people are unable to respond to each other at Themeforest, so if I am busy doing other tasks others may be able to help you out.
Having multiple sites for support requests can become very inconvenient for me to check regularly, therefore keeping them all in the same place will make my life easier and should enable me to give you a quicker response.
