Over the past decade, I’ve managed and developed boutique residential and hospitality projects across Samaná — from condo operations and restaurant management to the early-stage planning and design of new sustainable developments.

Today, as the founder of BlueBricks, I’m leading the creation of a new generation of tokenized real estate communities — smart, self-sustaining, and accessible to a global network of residents and investors.

Through Samaná Services, we’ve helped elevate property management standards and operational excellence for luxury condos and hospitality venues in the region.

My mission is simple: To build spaces that work like investments, feel like home, and reflect the soul of the Caribbean.

I’m now connecting with 3D designers, architects, and development professionals interested in shaping the first BlueBricks projects in Samaná.
