Graphic Design Press

The Graphic Design Press is a DBA for Ellen Lytle Eichler, MA, MDes. The Graphic Design Press publishes books, magazines, videos, and software for the graphic design market. GDP is developing products that simplify the design process and aid designers in completing work quickly.

Ellen Lytle a graphic designer trained in the Swiss style (modernist). She has the ability to create work in two different styles –one is bold, high impact and high contrast, and the other is detailed and delicate. She is influenced by historical color schemes and imagery. She is a full professor at Palm Beach State College where she teaches graphic design.

She has two masters degrees: Master of Design from the Univ.of Cincinnati and Master of Arts from Miami University (OH). She studied at Cambridge University (UK) and received her undergraduate degree in graphic design at the Univ. of Cincinnati. Ellen Lytle wrote a bestselling book on computer graphics (published by Northlight Books), judged the HOW Magazine interactive competition, and chaired a national design conference.
