By the 1828s, the invention of the cocoa press and the separation of cocoa butter from the essence of the chocolate made us closer to chocolate today. Consumed as a liquid until the middle of the 19th century, chocolate is now included in the food category. Although it was not concluded by historians who first made solid chocolate production, there is information that an Englishman named Joseph Fry produced it in 1847.
In our country, the first local chocolate factory was established in 1927 in Feriköy. Daniel Daniel from Switzerland became the person who gave us chocolate by adding condensed milk to the chocolate essence 
Later, milk chocolate became famous as a beverage consumed by clergy in England. Even Pope XIV. There are also rumors that the poison that caused Clement’s death was thrown into the milk chocolate.
