I am an agency owner with 23+ years experience in all aspects of programming & development in addition to network engineering and systems management. I utilize theme forest to save time for projects that can be developed using out of the box solutions. That said, I do not entertain badly coded solutions that require wasteful time of support requests. I generally tolerate small support issues if the support is reasonably fast (48 hours or less). Otherwise I simply abandon the purchased item and move on to another solution while giving honest yet negative reviews. Most items at theme forest meet my expectations but lately most are garbage and the reputation of Theme Forest is getting worse by the day.
