Music for film and video games
I have a Master’s degree in Scoring for Film, TV, and Video Games from the acclaimed Berklee College of Music. In 2015, I moved to Los Angeles to work as a member of Bear McCreary’s Emmy-winning music team, Sparks & Shadows.
In addition, I have worked as a freelance composer & sound designer for a variety of games, films, and advertisements. I created the original soundtrack and sound effects for two of Shovelware games’ mobile releases, both of which won Pocket Gamer Connects’ “Big Indie Pitch” award. In 2015, I placed as a finalist in the Marvin Hamlisch Film Scoring Competition for my score for the animated short, “Flip”. In 2016, I created the music and sound design in a trailer for a project that was featured at the LA Art Show.
I’ve had experience writing and performing in various ensembles as a vocalist and guitarist, and frequently collaborate with my partners at NEM Studios. Most recently, I’ve begun composing a fantastical score for a game set to release as downloadable content for the Xbox.
