1) I love the theme I just purchased from ThemeForest, do you offer customization services? Yep! We offer customization services on all of our products – charged at our normal hourly ratse, these customizations generally take between 5 and 10 hours; This service assumes that you already have a logo, visual identity, and a comprehensive set of content that you need to have built into the template of your choice. Contact us on our site with what theme you’d like to use as well as your proposed customizations and we will respond as quickly as possible with a time line and budget.

2) I love your work on ThemeForest, but I’d like to see what you can really do! Are you available to take on completely custom projects? Yes, in fact, this is the bulk of our business and has been for the past 7 years. We specialize in working on projects of any size & scope whether you need anything from a small web-banner campaign or a large UI prototype or a full website for your company. Contact us on our site with what theme you’d like to use as well as your proposed customizations and we will respond as quickly as possible with a time line and budget.

If you have a project that you think is too big for just one guy, good news – I work with several extremely talented creative & development teams that have worked on several large scale projects (web, video, print, software, etc.). Just ask if you’d like more details.

3) I just bought your theme and it’s great, but I’m having XYZ problems with it – can you help? Of course! We don’t charge for basic support & advice for any of the products that we sell here. Granted, we can’t offer Photoshop or HTML /CSS teaching services and we won’t convert a theme to Wordpress for free – but we’ve helped hundreds of our clients with small questions & requests.
