Interested in extending wordpress

Hey everyone! I must be late to the party. I’m in IT by day, and as much as I found that I would never be a programmer, I can’t help but find myself interested in what the web has to offer and how much its grown, only to realize we haven’t even came close to tapping its real potential.

Currently, I’m interested in WP, themes and plugins. I’m doing everything from a church website, to a business WP site, and others, so I have a very broad interest in being able to integrate excellent design and ease of use, and leveraging social media to make the sites everything they can be.

If you have a must have plugin, let me know!

I’m always looking to learn something new and stay outside my comfort zone. Right now, I’m really interested in finding someone who can help me turn osTicket into a plugin for wordpress, or… if you have a better solution, I’m all ears.
