I’ll be honest with you, I’m actually very confused about that, I’d recommend asking about it the Envato Support Team, as I think that for your purpose the extended licence is extremely expensive and I think there should be a way to avoid this undue price.

Hi again, just wanted to let you know the reply I got from Envato Support, maybe the answer is helping someone else too:

Thanks for your patience. If the documentation is packaged within the paid item, then an extended license is required. If the documentation is going to be hosted online and linked from the item description or demo, then all you need is a regular license.

So, I think the regular option is fine, I’ll buy this one
