When trying to upload this theme to WordPress it says that the zip file is too large. What do I need to do to fix that?

thank you for contacting us.
You will need to contact hosting provider to increase upload limit, probably you have set it to 2MB, accounting theme is 2,86MB. Other way is to upload theme via ftp to themes folder and than just enable it in wp admin.

Yes of course, the copyright statement can be removed or edited in widgets area. We support WPML and codestyle localization and yes you can customise the header in numerous ways and you can also set some additional footer settings.
