I am thinking about purchasing this theme. Is there a maximum width for the logo? On the preview the logo appears to be 63px wide X 55px tall. The logo I would like to use is much wider, at 484px wide X 55px tall. What will happen if I upload my logo at that size? Will it just shrink it, or will the navigation be moved to the right?

Yes you can have wider logo but it means you will have less space for menu items, contact info.

Could you make sure you install required plugins “Constructor Custom Post Type” and “Revolution Slider”?
I iinstalled and activated the plugins before anything else, it was a clean wp install 4.2.2. I also removed all the sample content and from trash/bin folders. When I tired to genrate a new page it crashed again with the same error. Tomorrow will delete theme and try again, this time without sample data, if it fails again will let you know.

Ok thanks for repying it works perfect without importing the sample content. Sorry to be a pain but i noticed a samples.zip in some of the documentation which I can’t find. Was hoping to test a sample slider which is not in any of the files nor is there any links on the rev slider plugins homepage, thanks in advance.

To create new custom post type. You can add standard Wordpress PHP code to theme custom post type file. It should be normal as theme is following Wordpress standard.
