Um, how do I send a screenshot of the Chrome browser “crashing”?!
Again, the problem is that the Chrome browser, and only Chrome crashes every time, only now it doesn’t crash after the first slide/transition, but now it crashes a few minutes later…
I suspect it’s because I have 40 (very small in size) gifs that load with the portfolio section… but the bigger mystery is why only Chrome and not Safari, and only on iOS…?

I have opened the website with Chrome on 3 different iOS devices, with the same results… I guess I will have to leave the discalimer on the landing page until I find a more stable template I like. Thanks for checking.
This is real wired I check many times in Chrome iOS and the site is running well nothing crashed
The site is more stable since I removed the google map, but if I “click” (touch) a few of the links in the portfolio section, it will suddenly crash Chrome… it seem a little random, but I think it may have to do with the number of “buttons” I have in the portfolio section. What I dont understand is why it only happens with Chrome but not in Safari…

This awesome template is stil crashing Chrome on OS, despite my best efforts to trouble shoot the problem: • I removed the google map • I removed 1 image button (no only 40 instead of 41) • I tried removing the banner buttons, but problem persists, so I put them back)
Since this is a site I use to promote myself, it’s not good to have it crashing potential client’s browsers! I really want to use this template!
I will leave it alone so you can hopefully solve the problem

Thank you for your reply to my question about the grey box- but I was asking about the brown box that “grows” to be the same size as and sits directly under the display image…
And now I have a strange problem: on iOS, it crashes chrome, but will run fine in Safari, but on OSX, Safari wont load the site at all and it runs fine in Chrome and Firefox…
I have re-proccessed all the images to have smaller file sizes and the 2 slider images at the top I have made smaller file size and tried both GIF and JPG, yet the problem still persists….
I guess I should have waited before I told the world I had a new website to look at.
Please help, thank you!

On iOS, using chrome, the app crashes after the first slider image loads- I think the bug is in the “fade to next” picture script…

I had to move the site to here: www.jessecoleman.com/test/ Again, it is only Chrome on iOS that crashes. Safari works on iOS but not on OSX.
If I remove the text content from the second slide, Chrome does not crash, and the second image will show but the text from the first slide disappears. I would be ok with static/persistent text and a 2 image slideshow
I dont know how to code, only modify the content, (that’s why I bought a template) so I am out of my league here.

I love this theme so much I used it to replace the site I had just finished! I have very little coding experience, but I was able to figure out enough to make the adjustments I wanted
The only thing I cant figure out is: How do I change the color of the portfolio display (“lightbox-demo”) as it is being created and gets larger? By default it is a warm dark grey/ brown.
