Good morning, I need to add a row separator to the footer. (Big Triangle) I have over 300 pages (so far) so adding to individual pages is not the best solution. Can this be done? Thanks!

You have 3 general stripe presets in Theme Options. When you use the stripe element on the page, you can customize it in innumerable number of ways and have as many different stripes, as you need.
Hi. I have purchased your theme and managed to set up my website successfully. There is an update now which i probably need to download. If i download and install the updated theme, do i have to do all the setting up for the website again from scratch? For example, set up the gallery settings, size of photos, do all the changes in every page such as my “contact us” page that i did through “editor” etc Perhaps the question is kind of stupid so I am sorry in advance. cheers

It’s not crucial to update from 2.1.1 to 2.1.5, since both this versions are stable (2.1.5 only contains updated plugins).

I have added a sub-menu but it displays horizontally. How do i get it to display vertically like the demo does?

I’m sorry, mate, but that feature had great negative impact on theme backend performance. There’s no chance that we’ll bring it back 
I strongly recommend you to use bits of custom CSS to add images to your menu items.

Hi, I am anew to the whole Wordpress world. I was able to create a website with the help of a video EDIT: Link to competitor product removed as per community guidelines I bought the 7 theme, but if you are new—you are going to spend hours figuring out how to create a website. It might be great, but the demo site make you thing that it is easy to make a website. Also the videos have upbeat music with no verbal description which will dive you crazy. There too lazy to create a video in English,

I am actually taking a lot of time to write back to you, because this is only a fraction of time I spent learning how to use your theme.
The point of my comment was to warn “Newbies” - if you are new to Wordpress this will take many hours to figure out—there is a huge learning curve. A huge amount of time which your letter confirms.
I DID NOT SEE THAT WARNING THAT “NEWBIES” SHOULD NOT BUY THE THEME—I guess your marketing department left that off.
Please in the future put your quote right before the button that takes 58 dollars out of everyone’s credit card and then we the “Newbies” are all properly warned, ” Seriously. If you do not want to spoil your experience with any Premium Theme, get accustomed with WordPress basics first! :)” Or better yet, post this wonderful consumer friendly email in its entirety right before a “Newbie” pays for the theme. Please do that, with exclamation points, right before you take the money, it’s only fair, right?
As for the USERS GUIDE that does not teach the basics of Wordpress—to the dreaded “Newbies”— I might be wrong, but the USER GUIDE comes in the zip file after the “Newbie” pays for the Premium Theme, or maybe I’m “Newbie” to reading.
As for the video, according to the website, you sold around 60,000 themes at $58 dollars, that over 3 million dollars. So shake loosed and spend a few grand on a video. Just put a simple video up there in English, and not with some crazy music in the background, for a computer whiz like you, it should be easy as going to lunch. But you’re a computer person, so by definition, normal communication is difficult at best. Your response just reeks of arrogance—where it should be how I can make the experience better for a paying customer.
But you’re in the class of an experienced Wordpress operator, and I am of the lowly class of “Newbie.”
(Hint - maybe there are thousands of people like me who want to learn how to use a more sophisticated theme who would want to buy your product.) (Hint - if you did that, maybe you would sell more themes and make more money.)As for the lazy comment, maybe that was harsh, but I think it is true, sorry I just want to learn. Obliviously, I should not ask your company. Once again, there is no warning to the “Newbie” not to buy your theme. You only get that after you buy it—interesting.
Free advice that I am sure will be ignored. Here is a link to a sample of a youtube video about creating a Wordpress websites—for “Newbies” The guy spent an 1 1/2 hours and got over 700,000 views. Maybe if you did that, you would actually sell more themes and have happy customers. I was just thinking, people who are learning how to use a premium website now, will in the future be website developers and might buy more themes from your company. They will remember who made it easy for them to learn, but I am just a lowly “Newbie” to Wordpress.

P.S. take this exchange to someone you trust, someone that is into growing companies, and selling things, someone who is into customer service and see what they think about your response.
Theme sold well over 25 thousand times. About 20-25% percents of buyers are what you call “newbies”. Honestly, your feedback is the first one that contains complains on theme “complexity”. And I’m really sorry to hear it.
However, every multipurpose theme takes some time to get used to due to share amount of features in them.
Comparing multipurpose theme to a free one is inadequate by the nature. It’s like comparing laptop to a toaster.
Unfortunately theme with single “make my site awesome” button is not invented yet. Until then people have to invest time in creating sites. Theme will not do ALL the work for you.

Well I’m done with this exchange, it is exhausting and worthless and childish, if you are new to premium themes, which obviously I am, please be warned that this will take a lot of time to learn. The videos that they have in my humble opinion are not very helpful.

Okay, comments are done. But I have a trouble with menu. Do I have to ask on your online help-desk? I cannost find it there. Main menu is correect, but categories under the main menu show in a row uder the main menu, not in column.

Hi There,
For some reason when i select “menu” as my primary menu (then save) then go to chose the order of my menu and save. That is does not save the changes i have made. Specifically the “primary Menu” option. When i check the site in preview mode it displays all these unnecessary pages that have nothing to do with my menu. I have used this theme before and its the first time i have come across this problem.
