I cannot support a ticket cause my site is not yet published, it cannot be accessed form external IP adress also u cannot access to myh WP admin or FTP. So if u have any suggestions why this is happening, write me here. Thanks in advance.
It is kind of hard to know without being able ot see the live page. Based on your screenshot, it appears the shadow is misplaced, but we cannot reproduce that on our end and the code that controls it is correct. If you have made any custom edits, please check those to see if any are causing this.

Well Ads could be added through sidebar or footer widgets or also in the header through our banner area. Ads management has to be done through a third party application though, like adsense. So it will depend a bit on what exactly you need.

For header, we have a header banner field in theme options where you can add ads code.
For areas such as sidebar and footer, they are widgetized and you can add a text widget and then ad code inside it.

I want to make portfolio items 50% | 50%
I see this css… .portfolio-half .flexslider:not(.tfs-slider) { float: left; width: 65.9574%; } .portfolio-half .project-content { float: right; width: 31.9149%; }
The div padding goes weird when I play with these settings. Is there an option that I can play with in the Avada backend?

I have a pre-purchasing question. I want to buy Avada to make a portfilio site, but I have newsitem posts as well..
I suggest the newsitems are just blog posts, but how do I create the project pages? Are that all seperately designed pages or posts as well, with just another category or post type?
What I would like is to create a projects template so I can easily add projects, but also use posts in a different template format for my newsitems.

Our portfolio items use a custom post type. So you can use your blog posts and portfolio posts separately. Administration is thus quite easy. And you can assign different categories to blog and portfolio items, since they are independent.
The theme also offers different options to display blog and portfolio posts, including shortcoes. So you are very flexible for rendering both data.

For Portfolio Items, there are 5 featured images that appear as a header/modal gallery. Is there a way to add more images so that it goes beyond 5?
Also for the interactive modal gallery, where do I go to change the settings for the thumbnails to appear horizontally?

For the lightbox, you can change the design and the thumbnail position in Theme Options > Lightbox.

Well Avada is generally not an app development kit, but a WordPress theme. But depending on your needs, I could imagine using frontend parts of the theme for an app surface design.

Everything on the sidebar is a widget. Go to Appearance > Widgets and find the contact sidebar there. Edit the contact widget to add/delete contact data.

not the sidebar the sidebars is good but in center i have 2 form i want to delete the last ( the default form in the sample data )
Ah ok I see. If you want the page without our form, ise a regular page template like the “Defualt” template. The “Contact Page” template wil l have the form on the page at all times. So you can create a new page (not with contact page template) then isnert your form and a google map shortcode on it to create the same setup.

Hmm not by default or with our options, it will count by 1. however you could modify this to get that result, but it would take code customizations outside of what we can provide.

Avada is a Wordpress theme and its capabillities go far beyond what a HTML theme could offer. A lot of our features use the WordPress code base. So they interact closely.
Nevertheless, the theme comes with a lof of PSD template files, which could help you to convert the design to mere HTML.

For the 100%width page template the sidebars are not available. For your setup, you would have to use a slider to get a full width area above the page content. Without a slider you would have to customize a solution, as this won’t work out of the box. Sorry for the inconvenience.

1. You can have up to 4 levels of drop downs with Avada, but the child elements of a parent element will only open on hover, not click. So if you want to open the items under NEWS in your example, you would hover over NEWS then they would show. Maybe in the future we can add a “on click” option to the menu. I’ll discuss that with our team at some point.
2. We’ve not tested that ourselves so cannot guarantee it, however it should be fine. If an issue does arise, we ask that you contact the plugin developer to see if it is a known issue with themes and if there is a resolution. And you can post on our support forum with any details and we can check it out and see if we can resolve it. A majority of the time it is something minor that can be changed.
