I’m using footer-dark version 2 with the contact form on the footer. I am using your php/contact-form.php and the form never ever sends successfully. Is there something on that page (js script) that needs to be included? I know how to write a simple email script like this and yours looks fine. But it just fails to send every time. I get the “SORRY” message each time I try to send.

Nope. Don’t need to. Even your original files that were delivered and untouched give me the same exact error. I also took your original files and tried them completely clean on another domain we have and the same thing happened. All of your pages with the contact form fail to deliver the email. I just get the error message every time.
We updated some js scripts. Will update it in themeforest soon with one additional variation. So please send details to support center. I will update it in your server and no need to do changes in HTML just have update custom.js and php file for it. Thanks.

yes, I understand. I bought the theme but the background video piece won’t work for me if it doesn’t work on mobile. I don’t know why it won’t work because youtube can play just fine on a mobile device. Anyway, perhaps I can check the device in code and then decide what to show in the slider.

I always give 5 stars when I get it and so far you have been great. I have a question… I am using the corporate theme. I want to know where the JS settings are so I can make the sliders continue even when the mouse is over them. Is there JS I can just put at the bottom of the page or do I need to edit custom.js?

That’s impossible. The ones shown on your page are 285*200. I just did a ratio of that and I am making mine 400×278 and they should size to fit.

Yes you are right. You can use 400×278 ratio images. Actually it based on grid so you can use what ever sizes like 300×500 or 500×300. But all images should same dimensions. That’s it. Thanks

I am interested in buying this template however the contact does not check for a valid email address. For example if you enter – myname@t the form gives a green check mark.
I am not a coder so will have problems in correcting the coding within the php form.
Is the contact form provided when a purchased is made has a fully working form?

There’s a ton of stuff missing from the zip file. All the portfolio pics, the animation pics, etc.
Images not included in zip file as those r for preview purpose only. All images replaced with placeholder image
Actually they are not. THere are complete folders missing from the zip file. There are many pictures that have no placeholders. Look in the IMG folder. There is no folder for portfolio or animation. There are many others. There are a few of the slider pics that dont load as well. The loader just sits and spins forever.
I’ve downloaded the zip file a few times to make sure that it’s the most recent file.

It`s really a great template and the one I desired to have. Can I edit its features after buying it? because there are certain things I want to add and subtract in it.. like changing of color themes or bg images etc. Hope you understand what am I asking.

Nice template. Not sure why, but any page I open in Dreamweaver takes forever to refresh. It makes it really painful to work with. I have to wait 15-20 seconds for any changes I make to appear. I have 32 gig of ram….and never had an issue with a template before. Any suggestions?
