Hi, One more pre sale question Can we upload the Audio files with the Video files? If yes then how ? And does this theme have the provision to download mp3 files?

Thanks for your interest. This theme does not provide upload feature. Users/Admins would need to upload video somewhere else and use direct link to display videos/audios. Audio files are treated the same with video files. File Download is not a part of theme.

I have installed truemag-shortcodes plugin, but I just can’t see the plugin in editor bar in Add new page, not even among Visual composer options.
The plugin is already activated, but it doesn’t show up. What’s wrong?
Also I can’t install trueman-movies + truemag-rating, get this error:

Those plugins must be installed via uploading. Please find the installation files in the download package
There is a button to toggle the shortcode button in Classic Editor (the most right button).

I figured out the problem.. My Pages are not loading the “SMART CONTENT BOX” so I can’t Step 1: Go to Pages > Add New > Backend Editor to configure, After that choose “Add element”

‘Light Version’ means header and footer will turn into light color. There is an option in Theme Options > Main Navigation to change that

Anyone know how to remove the wordpress toolbar on the top for all users accept admin, including users not logged in? Also does anyone have an issue with mobile menu having large space where toolbar is when you scroll down?

I have tried this before, it works for all users logged in, but does not change anything for users not logged in. And the toolbar does not move with the menu so for new visitors the mobile site looks very bad

JWPlayer is a video player plugin that plays many kind of video sources (YouTube, Vimeo, self-hosted…). It has different layout than default YouTube player and can be configured.

about the resolution default setup: this is the response from ticket sysem.

I hope they can show me where to edit. They only told me which files need to be edit. I have check the code, I don’t think it’s complicated. But Your service need to tell which parts must be revised and which parts should not touch.
