I installed theme and why is it blank? I bought the theme to save me some design time. If I wanted a blank theme I could have used any free wordpress theme and installed plugins and used shortcodes. In the images folders I don’t see any of the images used. No design, no layout.
It must not be blank. There is some issue with installation. Please create a ticket at Chimp Support and provide your url and login details. Issue will be seen and sorted there.

1. Is that theme really compatible with Woocommerce? I’ve got many issues, woocommerce doesn’t work properly. Basket icon isn’t showing up, impossible to get to the basket when you purchase a product (when you click ‘Add to basket’ you are taken to the blank page, so you need to disable ‘Redirect to the basket page after successful addition’ in backend), products are not showing up on Products page. You can get to cart page through backend only and when you click ‘proceed to checkout’ nothing happens because links are set in a wrong way – yourdomain.com/cart instead of yourdomain.com/checkout. The same problem with links is on product page – when you add product to basket you have a message: ‘“test product” has been added to your basket. View basket’ – of course view basket button doesn’t work because there’e a wrong link set up.
I’ve worked with Woocommerce with different themes and never had problems like when using your theme.
2. In your page builder – why is it necessary to use column with
tag in order to get space between columns (That’s what you use in your demo content)?
tag shouldn’t be used for adding style to elements. There are different CSS styles for adding spaces between elements…

yes, you are right..but theme section working dynamically as section base…you can use column or other element in the section for spacing.

Is your theme compatible with Yoast Seo plugin? I’ve read it’s not fully compatible with all in One SEO plugin.

Can the header layout be modified via CSS? It seems that many themes use very small logos and a minimum number of menu items. But my clients always need a larger logo and more menu items. I would love to be able to put the logo in a row by itself above the nav menu. Will that be possible? Thanks for your reply!

Tried to contact you earlier today and Themeforest showed this theme as being removed by the author. Not sure if this is related to the malware or not.

Hi there, I have tried to open a new ticket for a small issue I’m facing with that theme but can’t create one as it tells me we have already created a ticket in the past. Problem is: the volunteer who worked on developing that theme had to fly back to Europe and I can’t update a former ticket…
I have a problem to sort my team members on my team page. I just added a new team member by duplicating an existing profile and I can’t move that new team member at the bottom of the page which it where it’s supposed to be. I’m not a developer or a pro of the web which explains why I’m replicating profiles that have been created in the past…If we can find another volunteer in the future, it will help but for now we have no technical knowledge sorry… Thanks in advance!
