PLEASE respond to my ticket #384 so that I can get my site up and running. This should be an easy fix, but your lack of response is holding me up. Ticket has been open for 8 days, with only one brief and mostly irrelevant reply. I’ve invested hundreds of hours into this site based on this theme, and I’m very disappointed that I can’t get a little simple help.

We realized that the “image carousel” of “visual composer” by many problems to the pages of the template.

It does not load the components correctly.

example: On first access the page does not load the various backgrounds of the box, if you then refresh the page returns to normal.

Hi, I’m having an issue with the Isotope Grid module. When a page loads with a grid on it, some of the grid elements overlap. The over lap is fixed by changing filter or resizing the screen. Is there a way to fix this?
