I’m sorry again, I couldn’t figure out whether the feature to be approved is the search icon or the button styling panel. So far these are the issues we have come across:
- Non regular characters can’t be used on the request a rate form. We haven’t been able to locate the button styling panel to set the option “custom character issues”.
- Search button doesn’t show up despite being activated on theme options.
- Top info bar text and icon are not being shown either
- There’s an issue with iPad horizontal layouts, responsive is not totally accurate. Have a look at:

4 – Resized iframes are not completely equal to a real device, so you can try on a real iPad (as I do and share screenshots on ticket) or Google Chrome’s emulator for more accurate results.

Hi’ I have a problem with primary menu that does not open on mobile devices. in widget area there isn’t the header or menu option?
and in Appearance > Widgets section I have only Widget Bar (Footer) #1, Widget Bar (Footer) #2, Widget Bar (Footer) #3, Widget Bar (Footer) #4 and 4 Sidebar.
How to fix it.

Primary navigation menu doesn’t work on mobile. The Mobile menu is not clickable. I have created a sidebar called ”Mobile Menu” and in Appearence > Widgets used (BUILDME) custom menu, and also tried with Custom menu, but still not working.

I went to my host and they told me to upload a .user.ini file to /web containing max_execution_time 180 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M
I did that and I’m still unable to upload the dummy data. I’m being chased to get this done. Are you able to help?

How do you get rid of the loading screen icon?. (Loading icons are problematic and annoying). I want to disable it globally, but I don’t see any options for this.

Loading screens individual, there is no global option, you just go to Page Options and un-check Show Loading Screen option.

I have “Show Loading Screen” unchecked, but the loader still appears on every page (it won’t go away at all, even though the pages are already loaded).
Nevermind. I think it was a conflict with another plugin “Easy Fancybox”. Disabled it, and the spinner disappeared.
Oh, I see, not our spinner actually.
I’m not sure which spinner it is/was. I had Easy Fancybox activated, but that plugin wasn’t actually being used on anything (yet). Perhaps the JS was still being loaded even though it wasn’t being used. Not sure—but at least the problem has been isolated. Thx.
Once faced an issue like that, a simple GIF spinner in the background was showing up. Thank you for sharing your solution here.

Simply there were cases when importing the demo file enclosed in archive together with a template incorrectly was established. Part of options didn’t work as in the Demo. Simply it decided to be convinced just in case that support will help with a case of problems with installation.
I will buy, itself I will try if it doesn’t turn out, then I will ask for the help you.

About menu issue, please re-download 1.3 version and update your theme again, or simply replace style.css.
And the slider, that is our own Visual Content Composer component, you can import dummy data somewhere to get complete page.

That probably shows communication between your server and our server (which contains demo images) getting interrupted because of the time-out limits sets on your server. You can ask your hosting provider to learn more about the issue.

Actually no, not that easy. But if you are using a local server, you can make necessary changes on your httpd.conf file.

Hello – the JS Composer plugin in crashing the theme ( giving me a 500 server error as soon as it’s activated ) and I am forced to go in via FTP and manually deactivate it which brings the site back on line. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

So – I’m on my 3rd of your great themes and this is the latest 
Amazing workflow setting things up and really flexible!!
Few questions/feature ideas if I may?
1. Can you help me increase the text size in the Call Us and Opening Times boxes to the right of the menu – I have tried everything even adding HTML – it would be great if there was an option to control these in the Options Panel itself.
1a. Oh and yes, as I am not using the Shop – the third one does not show – would be cool if we could still use it but with html?
1b. How about making these clickable so they can trigger a VC section ID or goto a specific page? – or even trigger the REQUEST RATE feature
2. REQUEST RATE BUTTON – I can’t seem to get this to sit tight to the right hand side. I dont have the search bar icon active and so I wondered if it can be made to appear fully to the right on the page layout if search is not used?
3. For the REQUEST RATE button which triggers the top panel to drop down – I LOVE THIS. Only issue I have though is how we add content. I see this is done in the Menu part but there is no Editor with options like we would get in a page. Do you think there is a way of perhaps using a standard page to populate the content using Visual Composer and then having the button still trigger the page to drop down? There is a plugin called Canvas by Bonfire Themes which kind of does this and it uses a standard WP page to populate the content.
4. And finally, the REQUEST RATE feature is pretty cool – I actually tried to set another trigger (menu item) but this did not work. My thinking was to have a Contact Form for the Request Rate Button – and then another bit of content for a promo message that would also be on the same dropdown page – this second trigger would be named for example OFFER – so I achieve 2 things
5. Oh, one more thought – If you could have multiple instances of the dropdown pages – then we could really get more power from the theme – for instance we could have landing pages that each have their own Drop Down and their own menus too that contain the triggers. So it would make the theme so powerful and flexible to achieve ultimate sales/promos on multiple pages – does that make sense? is it worth considering?

1a – Will show you how, just follow answer 1.
1b – You have to make changes scripts/buildme.js file, just look for request-a-rate button and replace it with your element ID or CSS class name.
2 – Let us take a look in place, there might be other things that causing this issue.
3 – Well, you can paste there any HTML content, just a simple text area, not an editor with controls.
4 – The check button is making this possible while you edit your menu item, to achieve another one like this, you have to make changes on PHP and scripts/buildme.js file
5 – Please don’t post this long messages here very hard to follow, we are trying our best to help everyone on ticketing system as further as we can.

All good, site pretty much all set. Just a question – on all pages, in admin view, there is a long list of “custom fields” – for example:
eg_settings_custom_meta_element
eg-demogrid-link
eg-pricetable-line4
Etc… so wondering if a good idea to leave those for something in the future, or is it a good idea to remove those? I don’t believe I am using any? What are they for, exactly? Thanks, so much, great, great, great theme!

Ignore that fields, all managed by our theme or 3rd party plugins (sure you can add one if you edit the theme to make it use your new field), and these fields could be hide by using Screen Options tab (top-right)
