If you want to have more menu items visible on small landscaped screens you can decrease the font size and the vertical padding in media queries. The portfolio sub-menu can be expanded with the single tap on the touch menu. Its main role is to open the sub-menu. Regards

The problem with portfolio submenu – i tried to explain it above – is not, that i didnt understand how to expand it. The single touch works great on iphone, ipad. On Android and Windows 8.1 devices, the single touch doesnt work. I have to touch and hold to expand the submenu. It doesnt work with a short single touch on windows and android. And if you do a long hold on a “link” the browser opens its own context menu first.

Hi, this is not a problem, therefore there is no fix.

Every page has an option of loading as an ajax call (or not). In the first instance, the page loads within the frame of the current/first page and it will not be recorded in the history list. This gives the seamless transition between pages.

I’m glad you asked though, in case someone else is wondering about the same behaviour.

Hi Eva, the portfolio is registered as custom type (therefore the portfolio items have a slug – a permalink which includes that particular ‘berger_portfolio). You can change it but you cannot remove it, unless you build portfolio items as normal pages and you link them in a html page which is similar with the html output of the portfolio template.
